METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF HEALTH MANAGEMENT IN ITS MODEL
Journal Title: Вісник Одеського національного університету. Психологія - Year 2017, Vol 22, Issue 4
Abstract
The article presents methodological problems of the development of health management theory and practice on the basis of health modeling. The definition of the concept of the catastrophe of the health management system is given — this is a state of the system in which the control action is insufficient to bring the functional parameters of a person’s state into a physiological norm. It is shown that health modeling should include the following two types of models: 1) the content model should contain a set of certain sequential (elementary) actions taking into account the time parameters of the system for organizing the management of the system (the algorithm of actions); 2) formalized model — should have a description in the form of mathematical formulas or description in the form of physiological changes in functional parameters (schematic image). It is considered that the construction of the health model allows to develop the theory of the catastrophe of the health management system as the causes of the emergence / development of the disease by the inverse method on the basis of the analysis of the functional parameters of the system / organism (the content and formalized models). It is shown that the developed model of health makes it possible to identify a number of controllable functional parameters of the system, allow planning the system, detect abnormalities, make analysis and synthesis of given, initial and obtained functional parameters of the system, which allows for corrective action on the functional parameters of the body system (controlled system) in a given state, to achieve a guaranteed safe state of health (system management), taking into account a single integral parameter. The definition of the concept of an integral parameter is defined as — individual for each individual (given) disease, private, selective, most clearly reflecting the characteristic of the whole. It is shown that the performed studies serve to improve the quality of diagnostics and the development of adequate algorithms for correcting a person’s condition, synthesized in an optimal way on the basis of disease modeling, as well as the practical application of knowledge of the theory and practice of health management. The problems of the theory and practice of health management proposed on the basis of its modeling can serve to unify interdisciplinary terms and concepts, while clarifying the range of tasks to be solved at each stage of diagnosis, corrective action, prevention, in the synthesis of health management systems for the creation of models diagnostic-therapeutic processes of various types of psychosomatic disorders.
