Methodological aspects of forming of mechanism of diagnostics of effective functioning of consumer cooperation of Ukraine as socio-economic system

Abstract

The problem of functioning of consumer cooperation as a socio-economic system acquires the special meaningfulness and requires complex methodological researches, development of scientifically-reasonable conception of functioning, which will allow substantially to influence on social and economic processes on realization of which the increase of standard of life of population of our state depends. Modern conception of functioning requires activation of theoretical researches and practical developments on problems of functioning of consumer cooperation as a socio-economic system which would take into account the today’s features of development of national economy. In scientific literature there are different methodologies which remove essence of the mentioned process. But, a to present tense in scientific literature was not got wide illumination methodical going near complex diagnostics of the effective functioning of the system of consumer cooperation in relation to the features of the stage of becoming of economy of after industrial company. Thus, study of scientific labours, sacred to diagnostics of efficiency of functioning of consumer cooperation testifies to the differences in the methodical going near the decision of this problem. Determining theory-methodological and practical meaningfulness of genesis of functioning consumer cooperation as a socially economic system, it is expedient to admit that the problem of the effective functioning of consumer cooperation requires a further scientific ground, that conditioned and determines actuality of this research absence of well-organized aggregate of instruments and worked out methodology of determination of efficiency of functioning of the socio-economic system. Debatableness of problem, objective necessity of the further deepening of theoretical achievements of conceptually - methodological character and applied developments on diagnostics of functioning of consumer cooperation as a socio-economic system in the structure of national economy stipulated a research purpose. Thus, a theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific labours allowed us to give next determination of concept "effective functioning of the system of consumer cooperation" is effectiveness of quantitative and high-quality time-histories and space, transition of her from one high-quality state which is characterized by structural transformations, as, on the whole systems, so her basic ingredients and connections (social-organizational and social-economic structures, socio-economic relations, social status and interests of subjects-participants, social institutes of consumer co-operation and others like that), that is characterized by structural transformations, transformation of interests and social status of subjects-participants of the system of consumer cooperation, maintenance of socio-economic relations of consumer cooperation between them. The practical value of the offered system of criteria of diagnostics of the effective functioning of consumer cooperation as a socio-economic system consists in possibility them direct using for a ground, choice and use of indexes in the process of analysis of tendencies of the effective functioning of consumer cooperation, and also ground of strategies, plans and programs of their development on a short-term, medium-term and long-term prospect.
