Methodological aspects of implementation of MRP / ERP- systems in the supply chain

Abstract
The Aim of the article is development of methodical principles and practical recommendations for the implementation of MRP/ERP systems in the supply chain and ensuring their effectiveness. The role of information , information flow and information technology for effective supply chain management is defined, the use of modern information technologies enables the integration of the supply chain due to communication participants (supplier of raw materials to the finale of consumers) and balance their interests. Key factors in the assessment MRP/ERP systems for the enterprises that made the decision about the computerization of business processes are finden. Link between effective implementation of MRP/ERP systems and trained personnel to computerize business processes (motivation, training)is proved. The stages of procedures for implementation of MRP/ERP systems in the supply chain are analised.
