Abstract
The article talks about the methodological aspects of the development of speech and thinking of students of higher educational institutions using a creative approach. Based on an analysis of the literature devoted to the problem, methodological principles for the development of speech and thinking of future teachers are determined. In addition, the content and forms of cooperation between students and professors and teachers were discussed.
