Methodological bases of development of the market of information technologies

Abstract

The article analyzes the modern market of information technology. It is proposed the system– situational model of the development of such market. It is shown its positive characteristics and developed methodological provisions for the creation of the theoretical basis for the analysis of the state of the research object.
