METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF INSTITUTIONAL MANAGEMENT OF LAND RESOURCES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the methodology of institutional management of land resources in the conditions of market uncertainty and the presence of a large number of land agents. The formation of new or modification of existing institutions in the sphere of land relations induces a significant impact on the management object – land resources. The objective of the research is the analysis the methodology of land administration based on the institutional approach, which provides complete and reliable information about the management object and land-legal relations and uses for this purpose a set of other approaches to the overall management methodology.
