Methodological bases of legal algorithm research

Abstract

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the methodological bases of the research of the legal algorithm. The principles, methodological approaches and methods are analyzed due to the use of which it becomes possible to establish the essence, legal nature and social purpose of the legal algorithm.
