METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF RESEARCH PROBLEM OF PENALTY CRIME IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The methodological foundations of the research problems of the penitentiary crime in Ukraine are revealed in the article. It was proved that the methodology of research problems of the penitentiary crime gives hope for originality and credibility of our findings, which aim primarily to improving the practice of its prevention in the custodial setting of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine and the relevant sectoral legislation.
