Methodological bases of the formation of the concept of operativedetective counteraction to crime in places of deprivation of liberty

Abstract
This paper covers the basic scientific developments to combat crime in prison. In particular, analysis of theoretical basis of formation of coherent and consistent concept of combating crime in prison by systematizing scientific achievements of scientists. Worked out research systematized within the relevant scientific criminal law cycle which is characterized contiguity object of study, including criminology, forensics and investigative operations. Proved that the most effective concept of combating crime in prisons can be formed within operational activities by integrating all the developments of science criminal law cycle.
