METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF EVALUATION OF CORRUPTION LEVEL AND ITS CRIME CREATING IN CUSTOMS

Abstract
The article summarizes the results of assessing the level of corruption in the private sector of the economy and customs, and consider the methodology for measuring corruption. The significant prevalence of corruption practices in customs-procedural relations, the creation of an illegal market for corruption services and the lack of investigation of corruption crimes in various sectors of the economy have been established.
