Abstract

This was par ti cu larly ex pres sed on the ter ritory of the King dom of Yugo sla via and So ci a list Fe de ral Re pu blic of Yugo sla via (SFRY), we re a few in de pen dent sta tes we re cre a ted at the be gin ning of XX cen tury. All the se chan ges re fl ec ted al so in the fi eld of cul tu re and sci en ce and cre a ted obstac les for many cul tu ral events, and espe ci ally sci en ti fi c re se ar ches of cer tain phe no mena in the se ter ri to ri es at the be gin ning of the XXI cen tury. The se dif fi cul ti es will con ti nue to be pre sent for many years be ca u se the SFRY was dis in te gra ted in wars, vi o len ce and cri mes re sul ting in im pos si bi lity to esta blish fa ster nor mal col la bo ra tion bet we en the newly cre a ted sta tes. This pro blem has not spe a red even the re se ar ches in hi story of physi cal cul tu re of the XX cen tury on the ter ri tory of for mer SFRY, be ca u se no nor mal com mu ni ca tion betwe en so me of the newly for med sta tes has been esta blis hed, so the ac cess to re se ar ches of pri mary hi sto ric re so ur ces, which is ne ces sary in he u rictc pha se, is lac king.
