METHODOLOGICAL SET OF RULES AND TOOLS FOR ASSESSING THE COMPETITIVE POTENTIAL OF THE UNIVERSITY

Abstract
An elemental structure of the university's competitive potential with the allocation of resource and organizational and managerial components has been developed; a methodological approach, which is based on statistical, expert and criterial methods of data processing (this combination, provides the most objective assessment of the individual, group, integrated and integral indicators of the higher education institution) has been proposed. According to the proposed methodological approach, the integral indicator of the university's competitive potential presupposes the consideration of all the most important components of the competitive potential. The use of the proposed system of indicators and a methodological approach to assessing the competitive potential of the university will help to increase the validity of management decisions in the competitiveness management system.
