METHODOLOGICAL TOOLKIT OF THE GROUPING OF ENTERPRISE RESTAURANT BUSINESS

Abstract
In order to create information support for the competitive strategy of restaurant business enterprises, key criteria for their grouping are defined. The main methods of multidimensional statistical analysis are characterized. The methodical toolkit of grouping of enterprises on the basis of application of hierarchical methods of cluster analysis is offered. As a result of approbation of the proposed campaign, on the basis of the construction of the ordered diagram of Chekanovsky, three groups of restaurant business enterprises were identified. For each group, there are general trends in the development of restaurant enterprises.
