Abstract

. Change management issues are important both in academic and in applied fields. The article discusses the approaches and models to changes management. The change applies to every sphere of business, so this issue devoted much attention to academics. The main problem of enterprises in Ukraine is the process of ensuring the survival and development. The paper presents the approaches and models of change management for enterprises. These competitive advantages in effective change management and show management approaches. The enterprise management should use various models of change management according to the approaches in domestic and foreign literature. In this regard, the articles from the scientific literature have many models that help businesses work effectively in a difficult position. The subject of research is the approaches and proposals made to the definition of "change management". In this article the authors attempt to show different approaches to enterprise management and show how it is advisable to use different models of change management. The purpose of the changes in trading companies is defined. The processes of managing change in trade orgnizations are pointed.
