Methods for gene expression analysis in studies of oilseed rape

Abstract
This paper presents an overview of gene expression analysis methods, including: DNA microarrays, SAGE (Serial Analysis of Gene Expression), as well as reverse transcription techniques: RT-PCR and qRT-PCR. It also includes some examples of application of the methods in molecular studies on oilseed rape genome and transcriptome.
