METHODS OF ANALYSIS AND INCREASE OF THE CHAIN DRIVE RESOURCE BY THE CRITERION OF SPROCKET TOOTH WEAR WITH EVOLUTE PROFILE

Abstract
A method for synthesis of the sprocket tooth profile based on Bobillier constructing is developed. The radii of profile curvature, sliding velocities, as well as the contact stress are determined. Modeling of the sprocket tooth wear is carried out, and a method of the chain drive resource evaluation according to the criterion of wear resistance is developed.
