METHODS OF DEPARTMENTAL CONTROL WHEN APPLYING MEASURES TO ENSURE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of generalization of the existing criminal procedural legislation, practices of its application and special literature The methods of departmental control are revealed in the application of measures to ensure criminal proceedings. The author proposes to supplement article 39 Criminal procedural code the provisions on the implementa- tion by the head of the pre-trial investigation authority of the control over the use of investigators measures to ensure the criminal proceedings, identifying its dominant role in the application of such measures.
