METHODS OF ELIMINATION OF NEGATIVE IMPACT CAUSED BY CONFLICT SITUATIONS IN THE FAMILY

Abstract
Globalization is not just the integration of the different states, it is proximity, similarity in education, cul- ture, economy, and even the way of thinking. Therefore, starting from the second half of the twentieth century the way of thinking, outlook, values, and personality structure have undergone multiple changes. The classics of psychology approached the events taking place in society, and in the inner world as global events, saw them as a result of the contradictions that arose in the "crisis" stage. From this point of view the attitude to the study of a man as a social being changes in the context of globalization. In such circumstances, there are serious changes in the family environment. Modern studies have shown that the performance of the individual is meas- ured by the real influence on them via formation of their motivation and activity conditions. Therefore, there is a need for fundamental reforms in education, so that this is reflected in relations between the generations in the family. The main issue here is the appropriate moral and psychological development of the younger generation, getting a solid education, and willingness to integrate into world culture.
