Methods of Heat Capacity Measurements of Crystal (Review)

Abstract

The analysis of the basic methods of heat capacity measurements of solids and construction schemes of devices for implementation these techniques have been shown. The general theoretical and empirical formulas allow to quantify the magnitude of the heat capacity using these techniques. Reviewed measurement accuracy for the methods have been described and the causes of the errors of measurement have been analyzed. Keywords: heat capacity, measurement methods, crystals.
