METHODS OF LEGAL CONSOLIDATION OF THE SOCIALLY DANGEROUS CONSEQUENCES IN THE LEGISLATION ON PENAL LIABILITY

Abstract
Disadvantages of legal technique, first, generate misconduct participants of legal relations, and secondly, lead to serious errors in the practice of law enforcement officers who directly implement the criminal law and qualify the act according to the socially dangerous consequences. Therefore, the article describes the different ways of legislating on penal liability of socially dangerous consequences, and are characterized by positive and negative aspects of their use.
