METHODS OF RISK ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVING EXPORT CONTROL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article presents the results of research on the analysis of risk assessment methods in the implementation of export control in Ukraine. The dynamics of expenditures of consolidated budget of Ukraine for 2007-2016 for defense was investigated and conclusions were reached on their growth. The disadvantages and advantages of the export control system of Ukraine are considered. The external and internal threats to the national security of Ukraine that was related to export control are highlighted. The essence and peculiarities of using different methods of risk assessment in the implementation of export control in Ukraine: statistical, analytical, expert and forecasting methods was substantiated.
