Methods of scientific research problems of improvement of the МІA in restructuring

Abstract
In the article a question is expounded in relation to the system of methods of research of problems of activity of МІA of Ukraine in the conditions of reformation. Grounded, that large value in our research have methods: among that it costs to distinguish the philosophical method of synergetic in general lines, scientific methods (system approach, structural-functional, methods of legal design, methods of comparative jurisprudence, historical, methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systemically-activity). Privately the sociological became the scientific methods of research and hermeneutics.
