Metode statistice de analiză a reconversiei profesionale

Abstract
În perioada de criză cu care se confruntă toate statele, inclusiv România, fenomenul şomajului este foarte amplu, afectând zeci de mii de oameni. Prezentăm o analiză statistică a datelor privind cursurile de reconversie profesionale. Datele au fost preluate din chestionarele completate de 216 persoane din zona rurală a judeţului Argeş. Asupra datelor structurate pe sexe, grupe de vârstă, statutul pe piaţa muncii şi cereri de cursuri s-au utilizat o serie de indicatori statistici. Studiul este important pentru stabilirea tipurilor de cursuri de reconversie profesională aplicate în condiţiile actuale ale economiei de piaţă.
