Методи розробки динамічної моделі прийняття рішень в системі кадрової безпеки підприємства

Abstract
У статті представлено підхід до удосконалення процесу обрання методу розробки динамічної моделі управління системою кадрової безпеки підприємства за рахунок побудови аналітичної ієрархічної моделі, що дозволить науково обґрунтувати обрану інтелектуальну технологію шляхом обробки статистичних даних та експертної інформації та підвищити якість управління системою кадрової безпеки підприємства. Розроблені матриці попарних порівнянь альтернатив за визначеними критеріями, проведена нормалізація матриць, розраховані коефіцієнти узгодженості оцінок, визначені ваги критеріїв та побудований середньозважений рейтинг інтелектуальних методів. Обґрунтовано застосування інструментів нечіткої логіки для побудови динамічної моделі прийняття рішень в системі кадрової безпеки підприємства.
