МЕТОДИЧНІ ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ НАВЧАЛЬНОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА MOODLE ДЛЯ ФОРМУВАННЯ У МАЙБУТНІХ ФАХІВЦІВ З ХАРЧОВИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ТА ІНЖЕНЕРІЇ АНГЛОМОВНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ В МОНОЛОГІЧНОМУ МОВЛЕННІ В ПРОЦЕСІ САМОСТІЙНОЇ РОБОТИ

Abstract
environment in the process of foreign language professional oriented competence formation, in particular, for non-linguistic faculties. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to specify methodological preconditions of using Moodle for English language professional oriented monologue competence formation of the prospective food technological engineers in the process of self-directed learning; to identify methodologyical principles and requirements for tasks and exercises aimed at developing English language professional oriented monologue competence formation of prospective food technological engineers while using Moodle. Methods. Reviewing the studies on electronic learning means problems in foreign language competence formation with the view to analyzing existing scientific concepts of methodology principles, requirements and functions of using Moodle for the English language professional oriented monologue competence formation specification. Results. The principles of organizing the English language professional oriented monologue competence formation should be specified in accordance with learning goals: module, interactivity, evidentness, flexibility, independence,availability, professional orientation of learning content, future engineers learning process control. Such learning functions of Moodle should be identified in compliance with learning aims: educational, control, motivating, compensating, developing and individualizing. Conclusion. To sum up, it was found that using Moodle for the English language professional oriented monologue competence formation of the prospective food technological engineers is based on principals of module, interactivity, evidentness, flexibility, independence, availability, professional orientation of learning content, managing students’ learning process and makes it possible to realize educational, controlling, motivating, compensating, developing and individualizing functions.
