Abstract
Здійснено наукове обґрунтування і запропоновані методичні підходи до виготовлення технічної документації із землеустрою щодо встановлення меж частини земельної ділянки, на яку поширюється право суборенди, сервітуту. Метою виготовлення такого виду документації є встановлення меж та внесення до Державного земельного кадастру відомостей про частини земельної ділянки, на яку поширюється право суборенди, сервітуту.
