МЕТОДИЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ МАРКЕТИНГОВО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ОЦІНКИ МЕХАНІЗМІВ ЗАЛУЧЕННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙ В ЕКОНОМІКУ РЕГІОНУ

Abstract
Проведено аналіз існуючих методик оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості регіону який показав, що кожна з розглянутих методик використовує комплекс різносторонніх факторів, які мають неоднозначний вплив на інвестиційний потенціал регіону. Встановлено, що використання різноманітних способів оцінки методів виміру значущості того чи іншого чинника істотним чином різняться та віддзеркалюють позицію певної методики та школи її авторів. Доведено, що більшість методик оцінки інвестиційної привабливості регіону базуються на визначенні інтегральних показників розвитку регіону, відповідно до цього, основним підґрунтям, яке використовується у оцінці інвестиційної привабливості регіону, виступає офіційна статистична інформація.
