Abstract
A. Savchenko. Methodical approach to an expediency assessment outsourcing of business processes. In article methods of management which play a crucial role in development by the enterprise are considered. In the conditions of the modern world market advantage remains behind the companies which are open for new innovations to which they allow to increase effective management of the enterprise significantly. One of such administrative innovations, provides competitive advantage, outsourcing is. Are also considered an entity of industrial outsourcing and its role in support of development at manufacturing enterprise is shown, the general diagram of process of making decision on a possibility of outsourcing and the diagram of feasibility of use of outsourcing is also opened. Detection criteria of transition to business process outsourcing which can be applied in practice of manufacturing enterprises.
