Методика формирования портфеля инновационных проектов предприятия

Abstract

The paper analyzes the tools and mechanisms of strategic management at the production conditions of competition and enterprise development. The relationship of the enterprise strategy and the factors of successful implementation of projects in the company and, above all, the compatibility of projects with internal parameters of the enterprise environment, a priori necessary. The aim of the study is to provide a public method of optimal selection of projects in the portfolio companies, which will satisfy the overall development strategy of the enterprise and does not interfere with the collection of resources that exist in the enterprise. The process of formation of a portfolio of projects is quite complex, so it is advisable to consider the general mathematical formulation of the problem of formation of a portfolio of projects and identify key concepts, in which will be decided by the primary objective of this study. Today there are many methods of project selection, but, on the one hand, they are incomplete, on the other - have a rather complicated mathematical apparatus, and is not available for general use, so getting a simple approach is very necessary to. By comparison, generalization, mathematics and systems analysis, mathematical modeling and similarity: In the course of performance of tasks following research methods were used. Information served as the basis for the author's research in the field of portfolio analysis, and identified the need for the appearance of a mathematical model of multi-criteria analysis of formation of a portfolio of innovative projects in the enterprise. Application of this method allows you to consistently analyze projects in order to identify opportunities for their implementation in a specific enterprise, taking into account the state of the enterprise resources, to coordinate the implementation of the plan portfolio with the company's plans at various levels of planning, to select the most promising projects to be implemented in accordance with the definition of the strategy. The novelty of the research is to try to expand the range of enterprise parameters that must be included in the project selection requirements and allow you to accurately reflect the original state of the enterprise. On the basis of the proposed methodology in the future we plan to develop a mathematical model of formation of the portfolio, which highlights the main parameters needed for a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the company's portfolio. Parameters of business strategy, which allows the system to evaluate the feasibility of the enterprise portfolio. With the use of these indicators is assessed on the implementation of the planning level, the portfolio of the functional units.
