Методологічні аспекти побудови науково обґрунтованої системи спортивної підготовки таеквондистів [Methodological Aspects of Building Science-based Sports Training System for Taekwondo Sportsmen]

Abstract
У статті авторами вирішені актуальні наукові завдання: 1) проаналізовано базу досліджень в області побудови теоретико-методологічних основ спортивної підготовки на основі таеквондо; 2) досліджено організацію та методичні вимоги до проведення тренувальних занять з таеквондо; 3) обґрунтовано необхідність взаємодії процесів природного розвитку та адаптації до фізичних навантажень у юних таеквондистів; 4) доведено необхідність наукового обґрунтування побудови тренувальних навантажень у мікроциклах підготовки юних борців з урахуванням їх індивідуалізації. The authors have solved topical scientific problems in the article: 1) the research base in the construction of theoretical and methodological foundations of sports training, based on taekwondo has been analysed; 2) the organization and methodological requirements for the training sessions of taekwondo have been researched; 3) the necessity of interaction processes of natural development and adaptation to physical activity of young taekwondo sportsmen has been grounded; 4) the necessity of scientific evidence of building young fighters training loads in microcycles, based on their individualization has been proved.
