МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ ВИМІРУ ТРУДОВОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ТА АНАЛІЗ СУЧАСНИХ МЕТОДИЧНИХ ПІДХОДІВ ДО ЙОГО ОЦІНКИ

Abstract
У статті проведено дослідження та проаналізовано основні методологічні та економічні проблеми визначення підходів до виміру та оцінювання трудового потенціалу підприємства, здійснено аналіз їх сучасних методичних підходів. Визначено сутність оцінки трудового потенціалу підприємства. На основі аналізу наукових праць як вітчизняних, так i зарубіжних учених виділено основні методичні підходи до оцінки трудового потенціалу, серед них: витратний, результативний, порівняльний. Розглянуто методику коефіцієнтної оцінки трудового потенціалу підприємства. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності аналізу трудових ресурсів, що дасть змогу визначити прихований потенціал компанії. Установлено, що єдиної комплексної методики оцінки трудового потенціалу, яка б урахувала всі особливості його формування та використання, не існує.
