Metoklopramide Bağlı Olarak Gelişen Kounis Sendrom: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract
A Patient Diagnosed with Kounis Syndrome due to the Metoclopramide: A Case Report In this case report, we mentioned that; a 23 years old and 14 week pregnant woman with no history of anaphylactic or allergic reaction and chronical disease admitted to the emergency department for severe nausea, diagnosed with the vasospastic anginal form of the Kounis syndrome because of the chest pain starting after anaphylactic reaction. We followed the patient with normal physical examination and clinical findings at intervals of six months without treatment. Following the first outpatient clinic, the physical examination and the laboratory tests were normal. At this time, approximately eight months have passed since the patient’s first application and the follow-up to the outpatient clinic is ongoing.
