Механізм внесення вкладів при заснуванні господарського товариства

Abstract
Проаналізовано механізми унесення вкладів до статутного (складеного) капіталу при первісному створенні господарського товариства, основні наукові погляди та концепції визначення правової природи системи дій засновників/учасників при внесенні вкладів. Відображено механізм передачі/відчуження вкладів як дії засновників/учасників, що не позбавлені специфічності і кваліфікуються як специфічні корпоративні (в силу безповоротності державної реєстрації товариства), або договірні, або такі, що породжуються односторонніми правочинами.
