Abstract
Mints O. Y., Djambaz N. E. Mechanisms of formation and using finances of households in Ukraine. Finances of households together with the finances of enterprises and organizations participate in the circulation of capital and cover all stages of the functioning of the economic system (production, distribution, exchange and consumption processes). The volume and structure of household incomes and expenditures change under the influence of various factors and the overall market situation. Therefore, the evaluation and the identification of trends in their formation and use is an actual problem and requires investigation. The following scientific problems are formulated and solved in the article: The essence, significance and functions of household finances are disclosed; Factors affecting the formation of household’s income and expenditure have been identified; On the basis of official statistics, an array of data for analysis has been generated; The analysis of dynamics of incomes and expenses of households is carried out; A correlation analysis of the relationship between macroeconomic factors and the structure of household income and expenditure was made; Mechanisms of influence of macroeconomic indicators on incomes and expenses of households are revealed.In this research were used methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization, methods of mathematical statistics, graphical methods, methods of system dynamics and economic and mathematical modeling. Calculations were carried out using the program Deductor Studio Academic.The results obtained in this article can be used to understand the processes, the formation and using finances of households and to predict the impact of macroeconomic changes on the structure of incomes and expenditures of the population.
