Abstract
The comparative analysis of the countries' experience in organizing intersectoral cooperation in combating tuberculosis, using the direct analogy method, made it possible to assess the rationality of consolidating the efforts of the public. Political commitment, which contributes to the creation of a universal policy in the field of treatment and prevention of tuberculosis among the population of countries, implies today the creation of an effective information environment, the rationalization of financial mechanisms; timely and full-fledged drug support for patients; and expanding the range of interested communities and people not indifferent to the problem of tuberculosis
