MIEJSCE POLSKI NA MAPIE FUZJI I PRZEJĘĆ WSPÓŁCZESNEJ GOSPODARKI

Abstract
W opracowaniu wskazano na rolę prawidłowej kwantyfikacji efektu synergii będącego głównym motywem podejmowania decyzji dotyczących inwestycji kapitałowych oraz elementy sprzyjające jego osiąganiu w gospodarce polskiej. Zaprezentowano również sposoby łączenia się spółek oraz etapy warunkujące osiągnięcie zakładanych korzyści z uwzględnieniem oceny Polski jako gospodarki stabilnej, sprzyjającej inwestowaniu. W części empirycznej przedstawiono pozycję Polski w rankingu M&A Maturity Index jako kraju dojrzałego gospodarczo. Pochodną wysokiej oceny była zarówno ilość jak też wartość fuzji zawartych w roku 2012, wskazująca, pomimo silnego jeszcze światowego kryzysu, na rosnącą integrację kapitałową.
