Migration finances as investment resourse for business environment of united territorial communities development

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the migration finances essence, their impact on the financial security of the state, as well as their potential redistribution and usage while business environment of united territorial communities development. The article justifies the need of attraction of active migrant workers for implementation of their business-ideas at the local level.
