Abstract
In the article the main factors in the formation stage of the life cycle of the markets and their main characteristics. The features of formation of these stages for the conditions of production and economic activities of major agricultural market participants - agricultural producers in major markets Object - sunflower, corn and other grain products. The main negative factors affecting the effectiveness of selected strategic areas and suggested promising directions in the activity of agricultural enterprises that will reverse the current results in the future.
