Abstract

This article is dedicated to military administration personnel. The author divided militaryadministration personnel into professional soldiers and army employees. Describingthe issues connected with the employment in military administration, special attention wasput to the legal basis of employment of both army employees and professional soldiers.Then, the author discussed the problems connected with filling the military positions inmilitary administration as well as recruitment and selection procedures for candidatesapplying to be employed in military administration within the Civil Service. Taking intoconsideration the proposed organisational and legal changes concerning the Polish ArmedForces, it needs to be stressed that the presented legal regulations concern the period untilSeptember 2013.
