Abstract
The article analyzes the definition of military commissariats as subjects of administrative and legal provision of the mobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their functions. The issue of dual submission of military commissariats and the expediency of reforming military commissariats into territorial centers of manpower and social support has been researched.
