MILITARY POLICE − A NECESSARY COMPONENT MILITARY JUSTICE SYSTEM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The approaches of scientists and experts to understand the system and structure of military justice are analyzed. The USA Military Justice system and the European practice in this area are ex- amined. So it is stressed on the necessity for education in the Ukraine military police that would meet international standards. Given the accumulated experience in the military conflict concludes the feasibility of establishing a functional integrity institution of military justice in Ukraine.
