Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix: a case report

Abstract
Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma (MDA) is a variant of cervical adenocarcinomas seen in 1-3%. There is no standard diagnostic methods and treatment protocol because of its rarity.In our case who have a mass in diameter 10-12 centimeters in uterine cervix, the diagnosis could not be established with cervical biopsy. MDA was suspected in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and diagnosis was established after surgery. Adjuvant chemoradiation therapy(CRT) was administered in postoperative period and the case was followed for 16 months without recurrence.
