MIXED-INTEGER OPTIMIZATION PROBLEM OF TREATMENT STRATEGY

Abstract

A personalized calculation of linear treatment strategy is considered. The forecast model admits a nonlinear dependence on initial state and parameters of object. After the substitution of the initial state and parameters of the patient the optimization task takes the form of a linear mixed-integer problem. An example of an optimal treatment strategy calculation is considered.
