Систематизовано правові, інституційні, економічні, соціальні та екологічні чинники, що перешкоджають міжрегіональному співробітництву та євроінтеграції. Виокремлено інструменти пришвидшення міжрегіонального співробітництва та можливі напрямки євроінтеграції України
