Mobile Phones Data Securely Stored in Cloud Using Hybrid Cryptographic Algorithm
Journal Title: International Journal of Research in Computer and Communication Technology - Year 2013, Vol 2, Issue 6
Abstract
The storage of data for handheld devices is an important issue. If the device is lost or damaged then the whole data inside the device will lost altogether. The data is equally important for the user so the data safety must be important. There is one solution for that we can store the client data inside the cloud storage can be integrated with cloud services and the data backup of client stored on cloud storage. If the data is lost then also we have a backup on the cloud so it can be easily accessible from the cloud. The important thing is security because the malicious user can attack on data while transferring the data from client to cloud. The data might be uncovered by the malicious third party user because of wireless connection between mobile client and cloud without proper authentication and protection. In this paper proposed that providing a proper security by using hybrid cryptography algorithm so that the data is to be secured and then the secured data is stored into the cloud. So this mechanism provides a security to the cloud data.
