Abstract
В кінці 2017 року компанія Qualcomm, що спеціалізується на розробці та виробництві мобільних технологій та процесорів, на своїй щорічній конференції разом з Microsoft презентувала концепт їх використання на персональному комп’ютері. В даній статті розглядаються всі переваги та недоліки цього концепту, практичне застосування в різних сферах життєдіяльності, а також бюджетна сторона питання.
