Model biznesowy przedsiębiorstwa Corporate business model

Abstract
Corporate strategy is heavily dependent on an adopted business model which decides the future successes of a company. The purpose of the article is to present various concepts of business models and to delineate a model closely conected with the strategy of a company. The following models were discussed briefly in the present article: • a dynamic value model • a business model consisting of chosen elements • a business model consisting of managerial options and their consequences, and • a model establishing a domain, criteria for success, responsibility, the consituents of success and also the rules of the game.
