Model biznesu przedsiębiorstwa działającego w sieci międzyorganizacyjnej

Abstract
Rosnące znaczenie sieci międzyorganizacyjnych staje się przesłanką refleksji nad wpływem tych zjawisk na modele biznesowe przedsiębiorstw. Przyjęto, że modele te są zorientowane na maksymalizację wartości kapitału własnego. W oparciu o studia literaturowe zastosowano trzy perspektywy interpretacji modelu biznesowego, to jest wartości postrzeganej przez klienta, konfiguracji zasobów wykorzystywanych w procesach kreacji wartości postrzeganej przez klienta i ochrony strumienia zysku. Decyzje o pogłębieniu relacji sieciowych są podejmowane w oparciu o kryteria możliwości wykorzystania efektu skali, kosztów transakcyjnych, kosztów agencji i dostępu do zasobów partnerów w sieci. Wymienione perspektywy i kryteria stanowią wymiary matrycy analizy zależności.
