Model de analiză a performanţei financiare a împrumutului şi a împrumutatului

Abstract
În vederea evaluării performanțelor financiare ale împrumutaților sunt utilizați o serie de indicatori economico-financiari, proprii fiecărei bănci, dintre care: gradul de lichiditate, gradul de solvabilitate, rata profitului și gradul de îndatorare. Este necesară utilizarea unui număr cât mai mare de indicatori determinând creșterea timpului necesar pentru fundamentarea deciziei de creditare, cât și determinarea bonității împrumutatului. Pornind de la aceste considerente, vom prezenta în cadrul articolului un model de analiză asupra performanței financiare a împrumutului, cât și a împrumutatului.
