Model features as the basis of managing training process rugby players 16-18 years

Abstract

We consider the characteristics of the model, based on identifying the most significant tests of physical, special and technical training of athletes, rugby players 16-18 years, allowing more effectively and efficiently manage the training process. Specially selected tests make it possible to determine the level of development of the most important physical characteristics and technical readiness of rugby, to determine the extent to which the model level and can then be used for work programs for youth sports schools, specialized youth school of Olympic reserve, high school sports.
